Our Nostalgia / Our Experience
Our memory of this flavour goes back to eating small pieces of raw mango as children. We would cut the kacchi keri and eat it with salt, chilli, kala namak and chatpata chaat or fruit masala.
When we eat Khatori today, its khatta-chatpata character reminds us of that experience—the sharp, mouth-watering memory of masala-covered kacchi keri.
This is our first-hand taste and nostalgia experience, not a claim that the current product uses the same recipe or formulation as a product from the 1990s.
